so...I worked on the ladybug needlecase and finished it! I must say, cotton fabric isn't as flashy as polyester brocade, but it's easier and more fun to sew.

ladybug case. (pssst! this one is for sale! $30, which includes Priority Mail shipping! I accept Paypal.)

ladybug case open

ladybug case with the flap down

ladybug case with needles, tied shut. okay, so this is very similar to the first pic, but plumper.

what? who is that interloper?
meet the sheeps!

two simple, lumpy sheep stuffies I made from the fabric I bought recently. I just cut around them and stuffed them with cotton balls since I didn't have polyfil on hand. they're simple, they're lumpy, but I love 'em. they tend to get lost and dusty from tumbling all over my cluttered desk. I should name them and see if they'll come when I call.

"hi, my name is...um..."

"...did I leave it behind?"

*in wanders another sheep*

"this is my friend. she's kinda shy. I don't know her name. but that's okay. I couldn't find mine, either. carry on."

so here's the new brocade case. this is also for sale! $35, which includes Priority Mail shipping.

wrapped up

oops, one of the sheep managed to get in there. I'm not sure if they're lost or naughty.

they apparently discovered the Indian corn sock that I had finished...
here's a simple bead necklace I made so I could wear this charm I had on hand.

Woodstock
and here are a couple of the orange buttons I bought on sale at the fabric store.

"we're a little blurry, but at least we're not naughty like those sheeps!"
